At 0.35mm, our Naked cases offer protection from scratches, scuffs, nicks, and light drops; scenarios like placing your iPhone on a rough surface, sliding it across a table, and the occasional drop at waist-level. Let's put it this way, this case is for the minimalist who loves a naked device but hates to baby it, definitely not for an outdoorsy, jungle-trekking, beach-surfing athlete who cracks open lobsters with his/her phone!

Bare products are exclusively available on our online store only. This is to ensure quality and a closer relationship with our customers.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Yes, we ship worldwide, to absolutely anywhere in the world! We ship worldwide at no additional cost, to most places in the world. We also offer Express Shipping worldwide!

We highly recommend opting for Tracked Shipping at checkout, to avoid lost parcels. For more detailed Shipping zones and prices, click here.

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.

Orders made on Friday, after 12pm SGT and over the weekends will be shipped out by Monday 12pm SGT.

Domestic orders within Singapore will arrive within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch. Normal/Tracked Orders to most parts of the world will take about 6 - 12 working days after dispatch, excluding weekends and possible custom delays to arrive. Some exceptions include: 

Brazil: 10 - 20 Working Days
India: 8 - 18 Working Days

Israel: 8 - 20 Working Days
Pakistan: 8 - 30 Working Days

To prevent the possiblity of a lost parcel, we highly recommend for you to select Tracked Shipping at checkout.

We also seek your understanding regarding shipping delays during peak periods and the holiday season (October - January). 

Depending on where you're located, we offer either an Express option, Priority option, or both.

Please ensure that you have entered your address accurately as re-routing charges will be borne by the customer in the event of a delivery address change after your shipping label has been created. GST, VAT Taxes, and all other Warehouse related charges will be borne by the customer.

Yes, we're happy to ship to your PO Box! Apart from Express and Priority Shipments, we're able to ship to all PO Boxes! 

Express and Priority shipments require a signature upon delivery or consignee call-for-release, and thus we're unable to ship Express or Priority shipments there.

Occasionally, delays in your local customs and post office can cause a small backlog and delay in the delivery of parcel. Usually, this parcel will be with you shortly. If you think your parcel might be lost in transit, drop an email to us at help@bare-cases.com and we’ll be there to assist you shortly!

Please ensure that this is done 3 months from the purchase date. Beyond this time frame, we are unfortunately unable to follow up with your order.

If you’ve selected Free International Shipping at checkout, we’re unfortunately unable to provide you with a tracking link as your parcel was mailed by normal shipping. If you think your parcel might be lost in transit, drop an email to us at help@bare-cases.com and we’ll be there to assist you shortly!

We do not provide free return shipping labels. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at help@bare-cases.com and we’ll assist you with the refund process.

We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards. If you’re having problems checking out from our store, just leave us a note at help@bare-cases.com, and we’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as we can.

Some parcels are subjected to local taxes, duties and custom charges. These are payable by the recipient of the parcel and are unfortunately out of our control. We regret to inform you that we are also unable to refund any of these fees.

YES, of course! Our entire online store includes an SSL certificate that uses 128-bit encryption technology; the same level of encryption used by large banks to protect information you provide. In English, it means you can shop with complete peace of mind. Also, we don't store your credit card info anywhere on our backend. You're fully clothed in this regard.

ORDER ISSUE

Yes, if your order has not been shipped. Drop an email to help@bare-cases.com with your order number and indicate the correct model/colour you want. Our support team will be with you shortly.

If your order has not been shipped, yes! Please drop an email to help@bare-cases.com immediately. 

If your parcel has already been shipped, re-routing charges will be borne by the customer for Express/Priority parcels. For Tracked parcels, please contact your local post office with your tracking number as soon as you can to ensure that you pick up your parcel after its failed delivery. For normal parcels, re-sending fees will be borne by the customer in the event of a failed delivery.

Sorry about that! If you have received a defective item, please take a picture of this defect and email us at help@bare-cases.com. Our customer service will be happy to help you.

First off, we apologise for the inconvenience caused, and are very sorry that we've let you down! While we do try to minimise human error as much as we can, it is inevitable that we might mix orders up from time to time.

We'll be happy to help you with this as soon as can, and all you have to do is drop an email to help@bare-cases.com, together with your order number and a picture of the items you've received. We'll be with you ASAP! 

We can do our best to cancel your order if it has not been sent out by our warehouse, but we only have a small window to do so. As we try our best to process your order as efficiently as we can, we might not have the time to update this cancellation, even if your order has not been sent out. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your item, simply drop an email to help@bare-cases.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
We’ll be with you shortly to initiate the refund process.

Yes, we’ll be happy to get the correct model/colour to you so that you can snap on that sexy case and get Naked! However, do make sure that the packaging is unopened and sealed. Drop an email to help@bare-cases.com with your order number and we’ll be with you shortly.

Once your return parcel is received and inspected by our fulfillment team, a refund will take about 3 - 5 working days to process. Your order will be refunded to the card you used to purchase at our store with.

WARRANTY

All Bare products come with 12 months warranty from your date of purchase. Warranty can only be issued with photographic proof of defect, and proof of purchase. If you believe you've received a defective product, or your product has failed within 12 months, take a picture of it and contact us at help@bare-cases.com. 

Shipping costs for replacements of damaged products caused by user accidents will be borne by the customer.


Unfortunately, we are unable to cover accidental damages and normal wear and tear. 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS - NAKED

Yes! ALL our cases have a lip on the camera cut-out that ensures the camera glass has no contact with a flat surface. Be careful of laying your iPhone on a rocky surface, though. Because of tiny debris and rocks that can be on the table, we don't recommend that!

Absolutely! ALL our cases are designed and manufactured such that they won't push against, or "bubble" your screen protectors.

Yep! At 0.35mm thin, our case is perfect with VR gear!

As our cases are translucent, the logo on your device will tend to peak out under lighted environments. For more picture references, we recommend heading over to our Instagram page @barecases to check out some photos!

Of course! At 0.35mm, our cases work perfect with wireless charging!

Unfortunately, the DeX station requires an open connection at the bottom of the device which our cases do not have. Thus, you would have to remove your Naked case while using the DeX station.  

Prolonged exposure to heat might cause the case to expand to an extent where it becomes permanently loose around the edges. Drop an email to help@bare-cases.com and our support team will be happy to work something out for you.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS - PANE

Bare Pane is largely a one-time use product and cannot be reapplied.

Yep! Pane works perfect with 3D Touch.

It largely depends on the impact and surface of the drop. However, the Pane glass is meant to protect your screen from cracking. Thus, it bears the brunt of the impact during a drop and saves your screen from cracking. If you’ve unfortunately cracked your Bare Pane, drop us an email at help@bare-cases.com, and we’ll be happy to work out a solution for you.

While we do recommend maintaining a dust free environment during the application of Pane, you can try lifting up the edge of the Pane that is closest to the speck of dust, and use a piece of clean scotch tape to remove the dust. However, repeated removal of the Pane would compromise its adhesive.

This depends on the how high the sides of the case goes up to. As Pane features an edge-to-edge protection, it will not be compatible with cases that have very high sides. For reference, all official Apple cases work great with our Pane.
