Shipping Times:
Most up to date shipping times for products are found below the "Add to Cart" button of the respective product pages, and the shipping estimates quoted there supercede "general" shipping times quoted elsewhere on our website. These estimates found below the "Add to Cart" button are usually for items that are experiencing high demand.
Other products without shipping estimates below the "Add to Cart" button typically ship within 4 - 7 working days*.

Transit Times:
"Transit time" shown when choosing your shipping method at checkout means the time it takes for your order to reach you AFTER it ships. So for example, if a product shows "ships in 1 - 2 weeks", with a transit time of "5 - 7 working days", please expect the maximum time it may take for your order to reach you to be 2 weeks (only working days counted) + 7 working days to reach you.
We do our best to keep within the quoted shipping & transit time estimates. However please understand that there may be delays of up to an additional 2 weeks of total waiting time from point of order to delivery during peak periods such as, but not limited to: launch of new iPhone / Android Smartphone models, Q4 Holiday season (typically September to December), and Lunar New Year period.

Depending on your country, shipping costs will vary. For most up-to-date shipping options & transit time frames, simply enter your delivery address at checkout. After which, you will be able to select which shipping option you are most comfortable with.
Products WITHOUT shipping estimates stated below the "Add to Cart" button on their respective product pages typically ship within 4 - 7 Working Days, while orders made after Friday, 12pm SGT and over the weekends will be shipped by Monday, 12pm SGT.
